Chrome is a powerful web browser with a large store of extensions. I really like this idea: software that is open for users to make their own custom scripts. This is great because everyone has their own special needs and reasons for using a tool.

I wanted to build a Chrome extension that real people would use. This is important to me because I want to build tools that help people and solve their problems.

PODEXPORT ?

So, I built PODEXPORT. It is a Chrome extension that helps people in the “Print on Demand” (POD) business. It lets them get a PNG file of a design from Merch by Amazon.

I have already achieved my first two goals:

  1. My first goal was to build a working extension.
  2. My second goal was to publish it on the Chrome Store.

I have done both. Now, I can get users, and I am waiting for this feedback.

When I get feedback, I will work on my next goal. Make a list of new features. I also plan to set up CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) to help me add these new features better and faster.

For me, this is the best way to build a project!
